This interactive workshop takes a closer look at what "best in class" stock management looks like and explains why it is so important. Delegates will come away with a full understanding of the effect that stock levels have on their branch profitability, and have a better understanding of how to do their job more effectively, and get balances right going forward.
You won't be able to "catch" your way out of shrink, so prevention is key.
People prevent shrink better than any technologgies or policy, and this effective course will show how to maintain a high level of security, keeping loss to a minimum.
This module suggests solutions and highlights some daily practices that will help reduce branch shrinkage.
Results have shown reductions in shrink of between 18% and 60% following this course!!
The course ensures that staff are alert to the risks, and helps send a message that your store is not an easy target for shoplifters.

Ideally, this course would be suitable for Branch Managers, Assistant Managers, Stock Controllers, or anyone with responsibility for the safety & security of branch stock.
