This practical, hands-on course simulates a day in the life of a builder, enabling students to gain a first class understanding of what their customers go through on a daily basis, from estimating to snagging and payment of invoices.

 

There are plenty of curveballs for the delegates to deal with but the over-riding message is that great customer service costs nothing, but can really add value...so it's not all about price!!
